Yes. Ebay is cheap but its also variable. For one of my projects I purchased 50 SMD line drivers. I was surprised when they weren't particularly solderable. The ones I sent weren't vaccuum sealed and had slightly corroded leads. The seller refunded me and I got to purchase more. Doug On

interesting, this is not the first time that I've seen or heard of an IC output failing on the memory circuit. Saw the same thing on a PC8201 from Terry in NZ a number of years ago. A failure that is unexplained other than straight silicon failure. no static, no copper track issue etc. On Tue,
