Yes, I did hold down CTRL+BREAK+press reset. Repeated this three times and the
data is almost identical (repeatable results). I triggered off of the reset
signal and recorded 100ms p
ROM board has a small built in LCD for feedback. You won’t have this but you
can follow how far it gets though the test with your LA.

I had an interesting finding:
With the M12 ROM installed, pin 20 (A11) is stuck in a high state (5V).
With the M12 ROM removed, all address lines are in a

Yes, the logic analyzer supports logic levels up to 5.5V. The Saleae software
does not have a 5V option, only 1.2V, 1.8V or 3.3+ Volts.

Contrast potentiometer: Seems to work as intended. The display will lighten
or darken as the potentiometer is adjusted.
LCD PCB: No signs of corrosion and
One thing about the LCD; if the lcd driver write acknowledge signal is
broken, the cpu will be caught in an endless loop waiting for thr drivers
to write successfully.
In this state the cpu would be running but in a software loop polling the
driver write ack signal.
Sounds like a possibility here
