To chat efficiently in Skype you need to turn cursor tracking off (VO-Shift-F3)
so that you can leave the insertion point in the edit field and the VO cursor
in the HTML area to read replies. Also, for anyone who normally uses groups
mode for browsing the Web, you have to use DOM mode in Skype.
Hi!
I'm no expert on growl but I thought I saw a mode there that would read a Skype
chat?

Hi All,
I am considering purchasing a third generation apple TV, and am ooking for some
information on how well it works with voice over. For example, can you turn
voice over on yourself or do you need sighted assistance, ETC? The
documentation for apple tv has surprisingly little information
Hi!
I only have the Apple TV 2ND generation, as far as I know the 3rd generation
hasn't been released yet but regardless of that they will both run IOS 5.1 and
thus share msot of the same controls.
No, you don't need sighted assistance to turn Voiceover on, I forget exactly
how it works
Hi,
I am speaking with experience of the 2nd generation Apple TV. I don't
see why apple would go backwards so it should work.
When you power on your apple TV and the cables are connected, you are
informed by the Apple TV how to turn VoiceOver on. Basically you click

m very impressed with it sofar. I only had one hick-up with loging into
YouTube, but everything else works like a dream, and yes triple tapping the
play/pause button on the remote turns Voiceover on after the dialog is spoken.
Great investment sofar.
EdThe 3rd gen. has been released, I have
Thank you for your response. That is very informative.

I did the same steps on the mac iTunes and Windows iTunes. For some
reason the podcasts button was not on the mac side. It literally took
me longer to launch iTunes under windows then it did to submit the podcast.
