You can find
yes i get that a lot when trying to navigate the source list for
example to find my i-phone when it is connected like it can't
cope unless you scroll down very slowly to select a source from
the table.

I only have this problem when I navigate to the Itunes Store part of the
source list, I get iTunes Busy for perhaps 5 seconds - I assume that in the
Busy period the Mac is negotiating a data connection with the store,
downloading information etc and then I get iTunes Ready after the 5 seconds
I have to deal with that a lot. Sometimes it chokes up so badly I have to
force-quit and relaunch.

it does not help. not in itunes case. Only when it connects to the store does
it go busy for me. As I stated that's fine as the behavior is to be expected.
