I've seen this happen before, so you're definitely not the first person who's had this problem. I'd do your option+T to move to the transfers table, interact with it, find the file, then vo+shift+M on it. I think there is a delete option in there to remove it from the queue. If nothing

Skillsoft Web Site and Java Better News

I determined that the java on my Mac is up to date as I always run the software updates and I also flushed the cache in safari as this is one of the things the skillsoft site tells you to do if you are having trouble. I then logged right in the next time I tried. The only

A question for Apple TV Users: What hardware are you using for audio-out?

2013-06-13 Thread Bryan Jones
Hi Folks -- I've setup a current generation Apple TV and connected it via HDMI to my television. The speakers built into the television are pretty bad, so I've started thinking about using the Apple TV's optical digital audio-out port, AKA toslink or S/PDIF to connect to an external audio

Just a note about the Desktop here, and this is my experience. This may no longer be an issue for most people. For some reason (which I've not yet had chance to look into) OS X does not like clutter on the desktop. The od folder shouldn't pose a problem, though I would imagine that this

I was considering using a Samsung Audio Bar for alternate audio output, but the darn TV didn't have any Audio out jacks - only video/audio inputs. I hadn't considered the AppleTV's output jack, I will be watching this thread for ideas too. . - Original Message - From: Bryan Jones

Try a 3 finger swipe like you are turning the pages of a book. This should allow you to move from city to city. Good luck. On Jun 13, 2013, at 8:59 PM, meadowlar...@cox.net wrote: Hello all, I seem to be running into a problem. In the Yahoo weather app that comes with the iPhone5,
