There are a variety of methods which work with different web pages. My own preferences are as follows. 1. Press command shift R to see if the page can be interpreted by Reader. If so you will just get the important part of the text read out. The BBC web pages are good for this. 2. Failing that I

This topic leads to a question. Is there a list somewhere of what the FN key does when held down in combination with other keys? Someone told me that FN VO right/left arrow would jump to the beginning/end of a table or list, but in Yorufukurou, where I would really like to use this, the command

Hi Shannon, The VO+home/end (which is FN+home/end) keys are for navigating to the very first and last element at the current level. That means that to be able to move to the beginning and end of anything, you would first have to interact with it. HTH On 11/4/2013 3:56 PM, Shannon Reece

Hi Andy? The problem is that when I'm navigating the web, I can't really interact with a list; its items are flattened and i don't need to interact with anything to read its contents (this also happens with tables). I have been able to jump over a table by pressing VO+= so that I'd have to

Hi all, I’d like to be able to jump to the end of a table or a list of links while navigating the web. Is such a thing possible using Voiceover? I have looked at the keys that currently exist for navigating in the web, but haven’t found anything relevant. To that end, I thought to ask whether

Hi, You can use vo-end or vo-home to jump to the beginning or end of a table. As for lists, perhaps you might look into groups mode? I believe they are treated as separate entities in that case, and you can use the same keystroke to jumpy o their ends. Best, Zack. On Nov 3, 2013, at 10:18 AM,

I do not know about jumping in tables but I think that if you hit the end key when in the links list you will jump to the end. I am not on my Mac at the moment but this certainly works in item chooser so logically should work there as well. I forget what the MacBook equivalent of end key is.

Hi all, Allow me to explain more what my question is really about. I am navigating a webpage using VO+right arrow and left arrow. I get to a long list, or a long table, that does not contain the content of the webpage. Since I'd like to read the content and don't really care about the stuff
