Never heard of that one iTunes should use its own burning engine and
shouldn't rely on third parties.

No because Alex is a very large voice that takes up a lot of RAM And processor,
which the iPhone cannot currently handle. Sorry

Oh? But the Neuance voices are just as large. So I think they could make it

No. the new once voices are compact on the phone. I think only a few hq voices
are available and only 1 at a time because of their size. and I do notice a
slight decrease in performance when using them on my phone which is a 5.
Take care.

Hello All,

I must say, as much as I hate admitting it, I'm completely in agreement with
Devin. The Nuance voices are! quite large in a lot of respect, and just
think. If they was to take all the different languages of voices like
Daniel, Kerin, Emily, etc. all completely out, and only leave Samantha,
Yes, they all are except the default language.

Wait. At first, and if you enable it, the compact voices will be used until the
premium one is downloaded. So yes, they do use the premium voices, for the
default language, which you can change by changing voice control, in settings,
general, international or something.

and the voices are not all downloaded in ios. I know this as I've experienced
it. You need to have your phone plugged in and connected to wifi in order for
the voice to download. and once you switch the hq voice I'm sure the old one is

Ah, yes. Still I'd love Samantha to be replaced by Alex. And honestly microsoft
got one thing right when they made their own voices for the languages. Sure
most of them are in 8k at the moment, but still they made their own voices.
Sure they're unresponsive, unlike Neuances voices, but they

Chris,
Although I prefer Eloquence to any other synth, I would not call it the most

I think it is great because it is intelligible enough to read at a fast
