Hi,
take a look at Notebooks 7, that app is very good to use with VoiceOver.
Maybe this is what you are looking for.
there is also a Notebooks app for mac OS and the content can be synced
between several systems, but unfortunatly the Mac OS app isn't

Yes it does. That's probably the best thing about it in my opinion. It's really
useful. It says, for example, “Nearest intersection is Smith Street and Jones
Street, 20 metres at 1 o'clock.” Of course you can customise whether it uses
metric measurements or imperial; compass directions or clock
I actually really like the Notes app which is native to OS X. It allows for
multiple folders, good searching, seamless syncing between all your devices
etcetera. Really very simple and easy to use. Otherwise, I just use txt or rtf
files and save them in Dropbox.

It's not a bug, but that's how it works now. You should only need to interact
twice though: first with the document layout area, second with the particular

Hi Laurie,
You're welcome. I thought Zack had provided Eric with an answer to his
question about not having to read forwarded headers earlier in this thread. It
turns out that you can toggle on or off the viewing of the detailed mail
information with Command-Shift-H, as Zack stated, but this

I think it’s the old adage here, you gets what you pays for, you takes your

Personally speaking, if I want to use DAISY on the Mac, I use ReadHear. it was
updated quite recently with a lot of the quirky bugs ironed out. For instance

Hi Esther and others,
This worked! I changed the setting to default and now just have the usual
headings. I suspect that as a new Mac user in 2009 I probably changed the
setting myself when trying to get mail to show me something or do something for
me. I then transferred the setting each
Yeah that's cool, and I learned something new. I love to learn new things.

Yes. GlindSquare gives you points of interest based on the distance you’ve set
in the search. The RNIB app is going to give you a radius distance that you
can’t change. If you set blindSquare to the top of this threshold they’ll be
very similar. I generally prefer the blind square method
