Insert a comment with command-shift-k. To exit the pop over, use escape or the window chooser. Once you get the VO curser out of the pop over, you can bring the keyboard focus with you by using VO-command-F4. When you delete text with changes tracked, the text will still remain but it will have

Yep, I did answer that one already. :) Just check my last email for the response. Unfortunately there is no guide that I'm aware of. It's a pretty new thing, so just feel bold and strike out exploring on your own. Once you're working on your document, feel free to write in with any questions.
