You need to forget the host.
On the iPhone, go to Settings > Wifi, tap on the info (i with a circle around
it), and select Forget this Network.

I use Weather Radio. It has all sorts of levels for notifications and warnings.
It works on iOS 10.3 no problem.

Chrome when a site requires flash [1] because (at least in the past), Chrome
was vigilant at having the most recent Flash with the most recent security
