Me too! I was able to go to another system and use Safari to access the ebay payments page, so that means (in my case) it wasn’t a certs issue. But I couldn’t do so on my own system, even from another user account. Weird. So really, I have no idea what’s going on! Maybe there is a larger issue

I've been getting similar issues with Dropbox and a few other sites. Not consistently, but every now and then. Every time I raise an issue to tech support, they suggest that there's something wrong with the root certificate on my Mac. I don't know if this is true, but it temporarily fixed the
