I've received a few errors from older buildbot machines and it seems
that there's an issue with SSL/TLS:
DEBUG: Fetching distfile failed: error:1407742E:SSL
routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version

routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_
The only solution at present is a custom build of macports against a new
libcurl.
Just ignore these failures until distfile mirroring gets fixed.
