Hi Mat, I am assuming you want to use the caps lock key to run the orca screen reader. If this is the case, you can remap the caps lock key to the escape key from within ubuntu itself. To do this, go into your VM and using orca, look under the system menu. I think its under system

No, on the Windows machine that you are Remoting into set up RDP incoming connections. Install the RDP client for the Mac and set it to connect to the Windows machine. You will have to Google for the Mac RDP client. You can here though:
