with out looking at the page, I'm pretty sure this isn't what it

I think you hit the nail on the head really, you can't see the point.
As we told you before, the main attraction is going to be the larger
screen. Think of it this way, is it easier to type on something the
size of a netbook or the size of an iPhone?

On the unix side you can dump a file to the terminal with the more
command. So the dump was simply the result of saying more md.swf. I
believe that binary values that map to an ASCII character are simply
output while other hex values are output with around the hex value.

all they offer on it. I also think they might offer some kind of boot camp
so you can run windows or other OS on it. This could be very interesting.
It's a double edged sword. In the Android world there has been a bunch
of issues with junky buggy software. There is no gatekeeper so you get
all the wheat and the chaff. For a substantial part of the population
this works well and there are only a few sheep that want out of the pen.

I wouldn't mind a larger layout. Having to flick to find some of the
tiny icons and getting the wrong letter on the keyboard because the keys
are so small are problems I can live without. I'm sure for visual users
more real estate means less time spent scrolling, which would be a
similar gain

Perhaps you can get control text using your little test program and, if so, we
can probably extract location and force a mouse click?
You could run the program using gdb in emacs and dump the data in a nice, easy
way to both dissect and save.
