MOrning all If enny one is trying to get a Index Basic D brail printer to work on there mac here is what you need to do. First go to the index websight and grab IBrail and the Index mac brail printer drivers. Then install both of these and you should be set. You may have to re boot before the

Hi Mike, I have a Basic D and getting it to work with my Mac is on my to do list. I had heard it was pretty complicated, however, and that Ibraille hadn't been updated in ages. Are you using Snow Leopard? I think Ibraille came out when Tiger did and may not have been updated much since then.
