Funny, command-i while in Safari did not do anything for me. Do you have to select the page first with command-a? The command-shift-3 takes a snapshot or picture of the screen regardless of what application you are in. This is helpful if you are trying to provide someone an exact representation

hello list; I think I fixed it. The default is to send a read receipt. I reset that to no and deleted some new messages using my phone. just checked my mail on my laptop and didn't get any more blank emails. hope that is the end of it and i hope all of you will accept my apology.
