It would be cheaper for you to upgrade to Lion than to buy the pack of French
voices from Assistiveware. The Infovox iVox voices from Assistiveware are much
better than the Nuance voices you'll get with Lion, but they'll cost you over
three times as much.

Hello Luke,
To change the font in a Pages document, highlight the whole document (Cmd-a)
then press Cmd-t to open the Fonts pallet and select the one you want. Cmd-t
will hide it again.
If you want to change the font for a portion of the text, just highlight that
portion and do as before.

Adjusting the vertical splitter to 59% did the trick for me and I can
thankfully now jump with tab and shift tab back
I can adjust the horizontal splitter with the keyboard normally, just like the
two vertical splitters.

How did you manage to change the size of the vertical splitter? When I try to
go below 93 per cent, mail just says busy and I have to close and restart
mail for anything to work. I've let it say busy for half an hour in case it
really was busy doing something, but eventually I closed it.
You might try VO Home or VO End to reduce it to the ends, 0 and 100%.
