Hi Donna. Unfortunately, Apple stopped signing iOS 10.3.3 about two weeks ago so you won't be able to downgrade. As for updating to iOS 11.0.3, you should always update to the latest version. They have security patches with them as well as other fixes that are in the release notes. Shawn Sent
