I think it has to do with language. It looks as if Siri has trouble communicating in multiple languages at the same time, so if you have Siri set to Swedish for example, it gets confused when suddenly one or more english or other forreign words are thrown into the mix. That’s my 2 cents for

Hi Mary, I can’t confirm it but I’m pretty sure that sonos does provide a type of atmos sound now. I know they do have a surround sound but can’t remember what it is called in their system. Still it’s up to the user what they like when it comes to sound. I highly recommend try before you buy
