Hello Craig, actually it‘s fairly simple: interact with the paragraph and use VO + right arrow. Add Shift to move by character. For me Preview works fine in most cases. No huge issues. The only thing difficult are tables but that‘s all. To copy the Word to the paste board use VO + Shift + c
