Question about Voiceover issue when starting my Macbook Pro

Hi Donna, What you might want to try is to hold down CTRl and option keys, and hit the power button 3 times. This should get you into a window where accessibility settings are checked or unchedcked. Use VO and right arrow to move through the options. VoiceOver should be the first option. It
