Afternoon everyone. Hope we find you well. I am personally writing to announce Hannah has now received her first ever mac yesterday as part of our "Christmas Day". Anyway, she's fallen in love with it straight away, and all it needed was using VoiceOver's built in tutorial to get her started.

Hi Don't know, but do know single user mode is not accessible because VoiceOver is not loaded in this mode. There might be a way in recovery mode to manage a locked account. For example in Terminal you can type resetpassword press return and you can reset the password for the local account. >
