If you have headphones connected to your Mac you can just press the answer
button on your headphones.

Since I updated to Big Sur on my 2014 Mac Book Pro, I have not been able to
answer incoming Face Time calls on the computer. I know that VO+O takes me to
the notification center, but I am unsure what to do to try and find the
answer/accept button on incoming calls. I am able to
