I’m afraid I have no idea about anything on a Windows PC. I’ve never used
Windows in my life. I’ve been a Mac user for 22 years and before that, I even
programmed an Apple iiE.

Nope! It’s not you, it’s the site. I just tried there myself and the pane that
should contain the info doesn’t appear or doesn’t appear to exist.
I even tried taking a look at the page source and the tabs were visible, but
the content that should be within them didn’t appear in the page source.
If it would be of value to you, the material within that link is very
accessible on my old iPhone 6, running IOS 12.0.1. I find it very discouraging
that I can do things on my telephone that people have problems doing on their
