Hi, guys, This is not specific to Mountain Lion; I noticed it in Snow Leopard and Lion as well. Sometimes when I am typing in an edit field (I think both e-mail and on the web, as well) sometimes I will hear a loud short noise -- it isn't the spelling suggestion noise -- it almost sounds like

Those spelling typo quacks sounded like a good idea to me till I started typing. It drives me crazy that when I type a word like didn't, it quacks as soon as I hit the apostrophe. It usually jars me enough that I actually make a typo. grin. But I do agree, I've caught some things early. But
