Veronica, Try to create another user and setup your mail there. If this works then I would delete and recreate the original user account. I know this seems brute force and it is, but I don't know enough about plist files to tell you to go remove the correct one. Hope this works. Keith On

hello; what company are you with? there are some that are a little tricky. for example i have an account with people pc where i have to use smtpauth instead of smtp or it won't work. also, some require authentication be set and some are just as happy with it set to none. and on my yahoo
