Three finger tap twice will mute / unmute voice over on the Ipod touch.

Well, if VoiceOver ever said Speech off, that's VoiceOver for sure.
If you can successfully unlock the phone, VoiceOver works fine. I've seen some
bugs on occasion. Then try doing a three-finger double tap. That toggles speech.
If that does not work, unlock the phone, flick your finger
Thanks for the advice. It's working now so I'm not sure what I did. At least
I'll know what to try next time. Voiceover would say nothing, no speech off,
nothing at all. Electronics tend to make an idiot out of me.
