Anyone have a list of the single letters that work in Safari? Some
work as expected but I may not be using all the correct ones.
Examples, d, j, and t.
In tables and lists, what works for navigating inside these? Thanks.

Hi John!
The single letter navigation being talked about is the new feature in Lion!
Under quick nav you can do headers just by pressing H and links L and so on!
Apparently its like the way in that other system!

Hi all.
When i read this post, i get the feeling we are getting forms mode back again,
and i who so wanted to avoid this. It seems, judging by Chriss's description as
if this quick nab/single letter navigation feature is quite pointless. Why do i
keep hearing a voice in my head saying: Welcome
Perhaps you have to consider the fact that others have asked for this. I do not
and never have used JAWS; however, I do see the advantage in having the
single-letter navigation. You do not have to use this feature. Apple would not
implement such things unless there was a really good reason. You

+down in this screen and tell it to use single letter navigation.
Now this all looks great doesn't it. Well, there's a little catch to this
though that most people don't think about.
Maybe I'm just too thorough, but I caught this issue pretty well, right
away.
Here's the thing. If you
to
enable quick nav, what this does is, it sets things so that quick nav is by
default enabled. This would mean it would be as if you had hit the
left/right arrows together and turned it on. Now that it's enabled you can
also vo+down in this screen and tell it to use single letter navigation
I'm glad I could be of help.
Chris.

Don't forget that as you have Quick Nav on, you can just turn it off with left
and right to type, or you can interact with down and right and stop interacting
with down and left. As a first attempt at single letter navigation, this is way
ahead of where most others were on their first try

Hi,
you activate it in VO utilities in the commander category. Select quick nav
and then you will find the option. Remember, quick nav needs to be on to use
it.
