You can’t resize an NTFS filesystem with OS X. You’ll need Windows. If you don’t have Windows, you’re only option is to move the data temporarily; you could create an encrypted disk image on a cloud service and use that, in a pinch. Even if you had Windows, resizing is a risky business. I
