Like I said I can confirm that they have power. VO just says name which is

I am also seeing the issues with column view in the finder. A work around is to
use VO plus left and right arrows instead of just the arrow keys. Also make
sure you interact using VO plus shift plus down arrow. This is a bug that has
been reported to apple.
