The only comment I'd like to add is that OWC is an excellent company and you
can feel confident in conducting business with them. The customer service staff
are very helpful and try to assist in answering any questions.

For word processing, the recommended apps are in the iWork suite, that includes

I'm not sure how well it would handle columns or tables.

Hi all,
How do I expand the message headers in mail so that I am able to read all of
the information? For example, when I navigate to the message headers and try to

Hi Laura,
The command you want is cmd-shift-h, which will display full headers and hide
them again if you don't want them.
Be aware this will display the message ID and a bunch of more technical
information you may or may not want. I'm not sure of a more focused way to
handle this particular
Hi,
Yes, all macs except the mac mini has a built in mic. Good? I guess this is a
pretty relative term. It depends on what your planning on doing with your mic,
and what your standards are. If your just needing a mic for chatting on skype,
its fine.

Hmm, I don't encounter this much any more. I believe that there is a link
after the first 5-6 names if it is like other address fields then it will
probably show up as a button that you have to route the mouse to and then do a
vo-shift-space or mouse click in order to expand.
Best of luck,

You might want to look at the ZaggMate from Zagg.com. The keyboaard does not

For Question #2: In GMail,
No this is not normal behaviour. I'd check for any Software Updates for your

updates to the Airport Express software but your issue sounds like it is at the

Hi,
You can actually have the message deleted instead of archived. Go to
settings/mail, contacts, and calendars. Double tap on the gmail account. Then
turn archive messages off. Now a delete button will be shown instead of the
archive button in mail.
