For the SE phones you can set up ApplePay to work by double tapping the home button. You will then ask you if you want to use the default card. If so just touching the home button once more for fingerprint detection and then you have a few minutes to get the phone near the NFC reader.

I've only done this once but it worked fine. vo doesn't speak any of the details of your card. my biggest problem was hearing vo. I had to be shown where to point the camera and then I pressed the home button once. as I recall, vo says the amount that's going to be paid and then you lay your
