Hi Donna, Is the item you want to eject a backup drive? If so, go to Finder and VO-Left and Right Arrow until you hear the name of your drive. Then do Shift-VO-M and arrow down to eject. It may take a minute or two before the drive is ready to be ejected. Hope this helps. Janet > On Oct 13,

The guys at the Apple rolled my 2014 Mac Mini back to Catalina for me. We turned on vo ant logged into my account. Now that it's home Nothing seems to happen when I turn it on. I don't know if it's not booting or if vo isn't coming on. suggestions for trouble shooting this please. Thanks.
