I can’t really say how Splasm is going to design the check printing feature, but I seriously doubt they would implement it in such a way as to allow users to completely print a check on a blank sheet of paper. This is because the routing, account and whatever that third number is called is

As much as I would like to be able to answer your question I cannot. At present I’m managing only one account with Checkbook Pro. As soon as the check printing feature is added I will include a second account but for now I really see no point in setting up a second account in the app.
