Ramy, To me, a clean install is doing it all from scratch. Running a backup is always a good idea. The only data I restored was documents, media, and the Windows VM. I also downloaded most of the apps ahead of time and put them on an external drive. Create the installer on a USB stick.

Hi all: I noticed some bugs when using my mac-mini running highsierra, so, am thinking of making a fresh copy. if i will make a time machine backup, will it save all my files and apps that are on my c drive? and is it suggested to use? i mean if i will do this, will it be a fresh
