You have a system dialogue on your screen. You have to hold down VO and press
F1 twice to bring up the window chooser. If you haven’t changed your function
keys, you will need to add the FN key to that. Then down arrow to where it
says system dialogues and press enter or VO space and arrow

When I hear the beep which indicates that there is a system alert I need to
attend to I go to the application chooser by hitting option F. I made a
keyboard commander because it was quick and easy and these system alerts often
show up on my M1 MacBook Pro.

find the thing that’s causing the problem by going into the window chooser.
