Hello,
If you want to share via e-mail (at least for me) the keystroke is command-I
(eye) will do this.
Note once mail is launched and you are in the message, there should be a pop-up
menu asking how you want to share. Choices might include

when you're on the page you want to share press command-l to open the address
bar. vo reads the address of the page you're on. press command-c to copy it.
then when you're writing an email or wherever else you're going to share, press
command-v to paste it.
