Hi, The notifications being silenced is normal if your iPhone is set for "Do Not Disturb". By default, iPhone's are set to enable Do Not Disturb between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. This would not be a factor in why you're not hearing your alarm though. Alarms ignore the Do Not Disturb times as
