Hello, Are you connecting the USB lead to the computer with the stream turned off? Then you are getting the error after turning on the stream and it announces that the player is connected? Regards, Gena > On 3 May 2016, at 03:10, Carter Temm wrote: > > Hmmm, still get

Hi! Connect the stream directly to your mac instead. I guess this will work much better. I’ve never had any issues with the flash cards but normally i use my Linux machine for transfering to the stream. It works better in my experience. /A > On 01 May 2016, at 18:01, Carter Temm

Hi, I haven't personally used a 32 GB card but know several people who have. I have heard of people using larger cards but if you are having issues with them the largest HW will support is a 32 GB. Gabe On May 1, 2016, at 1:31 PM, Carter Temm wrote: > Hi, > I even

Hi, If you're going to reformat the SD card I recommend using the format SD card option on the stream. I have used this with all my new SD cards and my mac's card reader doesn't have a problem recognizing the cards. If you're able to use the card slot on your computer I find that the content

I recommend erasing the drive and having the Sream re-format it. Some formats that work for Windows and Linux are not as supported on the Macintosh. Perhaps formatting as FAT or FAT 32 with Disk Utility will get it to be readable on both systems. Also, there are a couple of different SD-Card

Hello, Even in my Mac Mini’s SD Card slot seems to be temperamental. The only way that hasn’t failed so far is to hook up the stream to the Mac using the USB lead and leaving the card in the stream and then turning on the stream. But then I have problems in ejecting the stream when I’ve
