Tremor decoder codec [4] nicely integrated. Tremor needs around 12%

You should be able to build python differently depending on architecture
(unless of course all the modules are Architecture: all) At least for C
modules it should be simple and straightforward to optionally include
docstrings.

are currently distributed across custom repositories. Moving these
