Please advice for Java possibilities for N800, so one can install and run
Java apps, like Opera mini etc.

functions to save space or to use a menu from a small CTRL icone (that
will make a simple CTRL by default, as this is enough for most use) ?

I do not know, not my area. Modest was on garage at some point so we
know it exists. I would speculate: given the current email application
did not get visibly better in IT-2007 I'd expect the effort went to
something else.

Tiny C Compiler http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/tcc/ is appropriate. I
use it all the time to do small applications on my desktop computer.
