[MlMt] quicker delete

2018-03-13 Thread Robert Brenstein
The first thing I noticed after upgrading to 1.11 is that the deletes
are instant. I mean deleting messages that are in the trash mailbox. Up
to 1.10, the more messages were in the account and/or trash mailbox of
that account, the longer it took to delete them (like watching spinning
pizza for 5-10 seconds). No longer !!! All smart mailboxes seem to have
more agile, that is displaying faster! Good job, Benny!

Many thanks for your quick reply; that did indeed work.

If you are interested, the server is a public IMAP server with all of
the IETF's mailing lists on it. It's "imap.ietf.org". (I suspect that
more than an handful of your users rely on it.)

I actually tested that server, but I get:

C: A8 GETQUOTAROOT INBOX
S: A8 OK GETQUOTA completed

If needed, I can get you in touch with the site maintainer, if that
would help.

Well, I should probably work around getting the `NO` response, but
it's a bit strange that we're not getting the same response. The
maintainer might want to know about this. (For the record, I
authenticate using `anonymous`.)

That may be why we are getting a different response. Many of us use our
IETF logins with the server.

If you want to test that out, you can get one from
   https://tools.ietf.org/newlogin

Hmm, seems like it might be a server issue, but we'll debug it later.

I have to keep that server offline.

1) How can I help debug?

2) How can I revert. Getting mail from this server is critical to my
work.

Let me know if that does not help.

[MlMt] External references blocked on a message not tagged as Junk

2018-03-13 Thread Eric Sharakan
I have a message in my inbox that's not displaying external references.
Here are my relevant security settings:

Under the SpamSieve Score column there is no score shown, and under the
Spam Score column the score is 0.000.

This is an older message; is this happening because SpamSieve didn't
evaluate my older messages? Is there an easy way to get SpamSieve to
evaluate all the older existing messages in my inbox?

Thanks.

[MlMt] recentsd used by MailMate?

Hello,

Even though I don’t use Apple Mail (it’s not even configured), I
notice that recentsd is started and using a lot of memory if the system
has been on for some time (between 2 and 2.5Gb.). The only thing I can

I’m running the latest (beta) build, 5461.
