In my experience the people at ab...@kpn.com are quite responsive. So yes,
the address is monitored and not too long after the first automatic reply
you'd get a reaction from one of their reps.

Hi List
Does anybody have a good recipe on how to solve the support deadlock
created by mailexperts / spamrl.com?
One of our customers is blacklisted by spamrl.com. Only by spamrl.
Our abusedesk has no recorded spam complaints about the IP in question.

Thanks, Gentlemen.
To be clear here, I've seen nothing from Signal Amarques to indicate that
they're claiming a relationship with Signal Spam; it's only been my client

HI Jose,
We had an issue with them 2 weeks ago and we've sent to ab...@kpn.com . They
replied in under 24 hours, solved the problem.
I don’t have any other contact, I just wanted to share my experience with KPN.

Where can I report a bunch of spammy messages sent via Amazon SES... I'd
block the sender but it seems it's dynamically set even though the
messages are pretty much the same.

Hi,
Does anyone has a contact for KPN in Netherlands? A client has some issues
there, postmaster@ bounces and abuse@ doesn’t seem to be monitored.
Thanks in advance!

Hi again,
So they're definitely unrelated, but Signal Arnarques appears to have a
community of people behind it. They do name, notify hosting providers,
etc.
Unfortunately sounds-alike, but not purposely malicious.
Thomas Fontvielle, from Signal Spam, could contact your client to clarify this
Hi Todd,
Benjamin beat me to it (must still be on a different timezone) but I can also
confirm that the two organization have no relation, I’ve been on the signal
spam board for some time now and that’s actually the first time I’ve heard
about this signal-arnaque thing. The issue you describe
