anyone know how colours in MapInfo can
be specified so that the QMS draws pigment from one, or at most two of its
Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black cartridges only, for any one map area .

is less complex and his Between function is less typing intensive than

I do not work for them, I am merely a user, Encom in Australia have a
product called Discover, it includes a facility, which I use all the time,
which allows you to maintain a table which specifies the order of items for
a geological legend.

Using conpoints .tab I would
Create and Analyse Surfaces Grid and contour to a polygon file
Then you could use Table Update and update your manhole file with values
from the polygon file.

have not yet proved that to myself.
Each of the tables I created ended up with exactly the same field
structure, the Autocad_Elevation field always contained zero, the other
fields had different values for each of the source Plot files.
I hope this elucidates the matter somewhat.

is termed Antiquities which are, in the main, features of archaeological
interest.

Dear experts,
There seems to be some interest in this matter so here goes, thank you to
all who have considered it.
The conclusion, is there is no way of having MI graphically indicate two
coincident regions are simultaneously selected.
An inference, which I take on board, is that the table
.
Is there a way of making MapInfo graphically indicate selections have been
effected irrespective of whether there is an even number of them.
I am using MapInfo 5.5 and Discover 3.07
Any suggestions gratefully received.

your new table = Bottom from your original table, to a selection. I would
save this selection as a third table which I believe would be what you
seek.
Doubtless there is a more elegant way, which I would be happy to learn.
