When you installed MapInfo DBMS support you included the optional Oracle8i support. This consists of the MIDLOCI.DLL which depends on OCI components supplied by Oracle. If they are not installed, then the DLL cannot load. Hence the warning message "(c:\program files\mapinfo\mapinfow.mnu:1090)
