I would just like to vent my frustration about printing and MapInfo.
I have two A1 portrait maps (1:12,500 scale) adjacent and overlapping each
other ie West & East.
Both contain an aerial photo image with simple lease regions overlayed on
top of the image.
I am printing using the latest (v4.1)

I did convert all the data to polylines and this worked OK but I shouldn't
have to do that!!
Creating duplicate datasets, goes against the grain.
The actual plots sent to the plotter were HPGL plotfiles created using the

Couple of pointers.
1. Turn off "Show progress bar during processing" in General MapImagery
Options.
With ver6030 (& possibly current ver6040, have not tested this yet), when
this setting is on, some regions plotted out solid white when printing a
layout using both postscript & HPGL dr

I am in a workspace with 32 tables and 12 queries based on the open tables
open.
28 mappers, 4 layouts, 5 legends and MapBasic window are open.
When I go to clone a mapper window I get a MapInfo "Info" dialog telling me
"Unable to open filename.IND. Too many files open"?

I ran a few tests by setting up a file similar to one I have for swapping

have some problems with opening some large workspaces.
