* Changed Graphics.DrawRotatedTextMBS to handle scale on Windows, so HiDPI
drawing looks better.
* Updated SQLite to version 3.23.0
* Added NSEventMBS.eventWithCGEvent function and NSEventMBS.CGEventRef property.
* Added NSFileManagerMBS.copyItemMT function.

“Libcairo2” and is already installed. Is it this one you asked me to install?

Ok, the Nautilus search gave better results than the Terminal one. I finally

Strange that Xojo works without Cairo?
Well, it's a system library and you should not put it next to your app.
