, we just tack 'dt#' at the end for 'detail' - 1999_30_4dt1, 1999_30_4dt2, etc. The only problem I've ever found is that typing the underscore can be a pain when going fast. Possibly a hyphen could work instead? 1999-30-4. Diane. == Diane Lee, Collections
