for 'detail' - 1999_30_4dt1, 1999_30_4dt2, etc.
The only problem I've ever found is that typing the underscore can be a pain
when going fast. Possibly a hyphen could work instead? 1999-30-4.

Also look at www.cthistoryonline.org - not everything is in the jp2 format,
but it is used for a lot of the maps, bird's eye views and larger
broadsides, and has worked very well.
