Mau bertanya Pak Syafril apakah ada pengaruh nya terhadap problem lisence key 
altn.com utk Mdaemon dan OC yang saat ini masih dalam tahap restore dat.
Karena kemaren kita ada mengalami problem di mana user yg menggunakan OC Secara 
random mental dari koneksi OC sehingga kita harus melakukan setting ulang 
terhadap koneksi OC dari client satu per satu. Terima Kasih.

Saat ini belum mencapai limit 1005 user masih 995 user , hanya OC nya sudah 
mencapai limit 1005 /1005 user

Dear Pak Syafril ,

Apakah ada informasi mengenai perihal perbaikan server Web dan mail server 
Alt-N sedang down karena terkena Ransomware attack dari Tanggal 16 Oktober 2022.
Di karenakan lisence yg kita beli sejumlah 2000 user , awal di ketemukan 
license menjadi 1029 user dan kami cek lagi berkurang kembali menjadi 1005 user 
Apakah ada solusi karena kami membutuhkan utk penambahan user baru saat ini 
karena saat ini jumlah user sudah full 1005/1005 user.

Mau tanya Pak Syafril kenapa lisence key mdaemon tiba tiba bisa berubah dari
jumlah lisence ada / kami beli sebelum nya.

Mau bertanya mengenai software master upgrade MDaemon versi 22.0.1 release
July 5, 2022 kami cek di http://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/ hanya tersedia
yg 64 Bit saja saat ini, sedang kan versi yg kami pakai saat ini v21.0.0 32
Bit di OS 64 bit

Apakah upgrade dengan menggunakan md2201_en_x64.exe bisa di jalankan ? kalau
bisa di jalankan apakah ada step khusus biar tidak crash atau memang ada
tersedia yg versi md2201_en.exe ?

Info Pak Syafril saya akses via web browser mengenai error nya tidak ada Cuma 
tidak tampil saja.

>Kalau akses menggunakan browser memang tidak bisa karena fungsi ftpclient

Mau bertanya mengenai saat ini untuk mdaemon kami direct delivery tanpa
melewati smarthost antispam. Untuk DKIM verification nya sudah di enable,
namun untuk DKIM signing nya status uncheck dan untuk dkim record nya masih
mengarah ke secondary domain kami yang sudah tidak digunakan. Apakah perlu
kami generate ulang untuk DKIM, public dan private key nya Pak? Selanjutnya
DKIM yang baru kami tambahkan di DNS. Terima kasih

Per pagi ini 20 Juli 2019 local queue kembali stuck, saya disable AV kemudian 
queue normal.
Lalu saya uncheck settingan Cyren AV & hanya menggunakan ClamAV.

Apabila masih terjadi lagi apakah ada workaround lain yg aman ?

Kemarin 18 Juli 2019 issue kembali terjadi. Akhirnya kami upgrade MDaemon ke 
latest version dari link berikut:

Hari ini 19 Juli 2019 issue nya terjadi lagi stuck email di local queue.

> Sudah disable antispam dan antivirus di MDaemon untuk sementara waktu?

Saat kami disable antispam & antivirus di MDaemon email queue kembali normal.
Apakah aman jika di disable seperti ini atau ada saran lain ?

Kami menggunakan OS Win 2012 R2, apakah perlu windows update juga kah ?

Dear Pak Syafril,Mau bertanya Mdaemon kami kemarin pagi mengalami stuck di 
local queue hingga 1100-an email.Kami cek semua email from & to nya hanya ke 
domain kami & tidak ada ke domain luar.Kemudian kami mengikuti cara di link 
berikut ini

stop antispam filter & disable DNS resolver antispam tidak solved (email stuck 
semakin bertambah), kami lakukan yg buat folder local.tmpSecara perlahan kami 
move kembali perlahan ke folder queue.Saat proses move file *.msg kami sempat 
melihat terkadang ada tampil file *.lck saat beberapa lama file itu hilang 
kembali & queue berjalan normal lagi.Begitu seterusnya hingga file *.msg yg di 
folder local.tmp habis.Sebelumnya ada Kaspersky terinstall tapi dalam kondisi 
disable sejak lama & no issue hingga kemarin, kemudian kami sudah 
uninstall.Namun pagi ini kami mengalami kendala yang sama sekitar 200an email 
stuck di local queue.Kira-kira apa penyebabnya ya dan bagaimana cara solvingnya 
?MDaemon kami versi 18.5.1 apakah perlu update ke latest version ?Mail server

Iya kalau pakai SMTP akun m...@dima.co.id bisa sukses test connection. Tapi 
kalau pakai akun infra.supp...@dima.co.id failed dengan port 25, 465, 587

Sudah beberapa akun saya test ga bisa SMTP authnya, kira-kira itu kenapa ya 
bisa failed ?

Cara di link tersebut sebelumya sudah saya terapkan dengan memasukkan IP Public 
server ticketing system kami.
Barusan saya menambahkan email address infra.supp...@dima.co.id & 
m...@dima.co.id, akan saya update kembali nanti.

Dear Pak Syafril,

Sudah test pakai port 465 & 587 serta menggunakan user auth 
infra.supp...@dima.co.id tapi tetap saja untuk config SMTP account ini "Failed 
connect to the SMTP server".
Kalau test credential dari config untuk POP3 bisa.

Kami kira issue dari aplikasi smartertrack nya, coba tes menggunakan aplikasi 
Smartertrack versi terbaru dari server milik ISP kami namun ketika config SMTP 
auth ke mail server kami pasti "Failed connect to the SMTP server" padahal IP 
server sudah di whitelist & masukkan di trusted host.

Mohon pencerahannya adakah yang perlu di config dari sisi MDaemon ?
Karena sebelum upgrade versi MDaemon tidak mengalami seperti ini, terimakasih

Kalau pakai SMTP auth user & pass account infra.supp...@dima.co.id hasilnya 
"Failed connect to the SMTP server" 
Herannya kalau SMTP auth ke mail server lain sukses.

Btw kejadian  530 5.7.0 Authentication required ini sering terjadi setelah 
upgrade MDaemon ke versi server: v18.0.1

Sama halnya dengan case lain yg sudah saya report, sebelum upgrade ke v18.0.1 
email normal tanpa kendala saat melewati Spamexpert.

ada problem Account is not allowed to send non-local mail utk account yang
kita resrict hanya bisa kirim ke domain only yang sebelum nya di versi lama
tidak pernah problem ya. Kira kira di sebabkan apa ya  ?

Dikarenakan belakangan ini sering terjadi hijack email account di mail
server v17.5.2 ( feature dynamic screeaning dan location sudah kita aktifkan
) . Apakah ada feature limit messages per menit pada saat account yg terkena
hijack melakukan sending ?

Spamexpert menggunakan metode "null callout check" untuk memverifikasi user
pada mail server pengirim yakni user pada domain kami. Kasus ini sudah
beberapa kali terjadi, info dari support spamexpert dikarenakan proses "null
callout check" mereka gagal menemukan user di server kami dan saran mereka
untuk whitelist semua IP dari noc.spamexperts.net. Apakah ada saran untuk
menanggulangi problem ini dari sisi mDaemon ?

 

Bagaimana caranya agar IP dari list noc.spamexperts.net bisa dimasukkan
dalam Trusted IP & Dynamic IP Whitelist secara bulk misal dari file .dat
tanpa melalui GUI, karena kalau dari GUI perlu input satu per satu ?

SpamExpert saja yg bermasalah, mereka coba kirim dari beberapa domain yang
menggunakan SpamExpert ke dima.co.id hasilnya semua email queued di log
outgoing SpamExpert

Kami search dari tab security > Screening dan juga kami search dari file
smtp-in log, screen log atau Dynamic Screening (dscrn) log pada range waktu
10 menit dari saat domain yang menggunakan SpamExpert sent ke dima.co.id
tidak ditemukan IP dari list noc.spamexperts.com

> kalau sender host/IP SpamExpert ada di daftar trusted IP/trusted host maka
tolakkan itu menjadi 4xx (temporary rejection).

Mohon bantuan nya Pak Syafril,

 

Semua email dari domain pokkindonesia.co.id yg di kirim ke domain dima.co.id
statusnya queued jika dilihat dari antispam (SpamExpert) yang digunakan
pokkaindonesia.co.id, namun kalau send ke domain lain normal.

Ketika ditanyakan ke support SpamExpert katanya ada problem dari sisi
mx1.dima.co.id mohon pencerahannya, berikut jawaban dari support SpamExpert,
pokka juga sudah clearcallout cache dari sisi antispam mereka

We are not aware of the tools suggested but callouts should be configured

Padahal kami sudah masukkan seluruh IP dari noc.spamexperts.net dalam
whitelist dynamic screening, namun email dari domain pokkaindonesia.co.id ke
dima.co.id masih sering mengalami ini, semenjak mDaemon upgrade ke versi
terbaru.

Apakah bisa dimasukkan sekaligus banyak IP pak di Dynamic Screening itu (edit 
file dari folder mdaemon) ? Atau input whitelist by domain ?
Karena ada banyak IP dari SpamExpert seperti list pada link berikut: 
https://noc.spamexperts.net/

Saya sudah masukkan domain *.antispamcloud.com, smtp.antispamcloud.com, 
submission.antispamcloud.com di trusted host & list IP dari noc.spamexperts.net 
di trusted IP, apakah masih perlu ditambahakan pada dynamic screening ? Karena 
walaupun sudah di tambahkan pada trsuted domain & trusted IP hasilnya refused.

Ini hanya disable to decrypt saja, tetapi message tetap diterima.
Periksa lebih kebawah routing lognya.



Kalau tidak ingin tampil error seperti diatas, maka non aktifkan semua menu

aktif 1 domain dengan edm-dima.co.id ( SMTP  :edm-ed-dima.com ) dan domain 1
lagi dengan dima.co.id ( SMTP mail.dima.co.id)
Saat ini yang aktif kami pakai domain dima.co.id ( SMTP dima.co.id ) apakah

Periksa ke smtp-in log untuk cari tahu siapa sebenarnya pengirim berlampiran
itu.andri_7D1143C9.zip (history_285 - 1.js) dan deny.iskandar_AE91615B.zip
(history_341 - 1.js) itu, agar bisa dianalisis apakah memang itu dari
spammer atau worm virus atau akun yang terkena hijack (di server lain).


Yang kedua, sebaiknya notify to sender/recipient jika ada attachment
restriction di non aktifkan saja, cukupkan ke notify ke Administrator karena
mungkin saja sendernya palsu (address spoofing).

Ada pertanyaan lagi apabila menggunakan distribution list di Mdeamon apakah
akan berpengaruh ke SMTP kami yg akan terblack list atau terdeteksi spam
karena perihal pengiriman ini bersifat rutin.

Kalau kirimnya rutin, maka gunakan distribution list di MDaemon bukan
distribution list di email client.

Fitur itu adanya di email client, umumnya menggunakan mail command
dikombinasi dengan task scheduller.
Atau menggunakan utility semacam mail blast.

Dear Pak Syafril,

 

Mohon pencerahan dikarenakan kebutuhan dari team marketing dalam rangka
blast email keluar domain @dima.co.id dan sebelum nya blast ini sudah
berlangsung tetapi seiring dengan itu  terkendala menjadi SMTP kami di
anggap spam bahkan pernah terblack list sehingga menjadi permasalahan baru.

Dan mengenai perihal ini apakah ada settingan mengenai perihal send mail
secara bertahap terhadap salah satu account email domain kami  dan di atur
secara otomatis dari mail server utk jadwal sending mail nya secara bertahap
agar SMTP kami tidak di anggap spam / di black list.

 

Dan juga apakah feature mailing list di mdaemon bisa di pergunakan utk
kebutuhan ini dan bagaimana best practice nya mohon bantuan nya .

Mohon bantuan nya  bahwa pagi ini email server kami terkena spam seperti
dengan melakukan pengiriman secara besar ke ribuan account dengan menumpang
smtp mail server salah satu aacount kami di server hris HRD kami.

 

Mohon bantuan masukkan nya utk lakukan blocking saat ini account mail yg
terindikasi kena spam kami frozen terlebih dahulu.

Kalau tidak ketemu mail disimpan di

maka periksa ke content filter log atau antispam log.

dan di forward kembali pada tanggal 20 January 2016 10:32 tetapi aneh nya di 
domain kami tidak menerima email tersebut , mohon petunjuk nya mengenai 
permasalahan ini ? dan bagaimana kita lakukan pengecekan di sisi mail server 
dima.co.id bahwa email tersebut pernah masuk ke kami atau tidak?
Mengenai blacklist sudah kami cek tidak ada list domain atau email dari 
magners...@magners.com dan juga terakhir pihak magners...@magners.com 
mencoba kirimkan ke address @icloud.com ternyata email bisa masuk.

Dear pak syafril,

 

Ada user kami yang terkoneksi dengan BES di blackberry  mengalami
kehilangan handheld nya.

Saat ini user tersebut telah memiliki BB baru sebagai ganti nya. Dan kami
ingin kembali me-register BB tersebut menggunakan BES.

Tetapi kami tidak bisa menemukan /tidak muncul menu enterprise activation
pada BB nya. Yang biasa kami temukan ada pada menu advanced system settings
- host routing table.

Setau kami jika menu tersebut tidak ada biasa nya karena sudah ter-register
BES. Benar demikian pak ?

Dimana yah pak menu enterprise activation tersebut ?  

Atau selain activate dari menu tersebut apa ada cara lain untuk me-register
sebagai BES pak ?

Dan 1 lagi yang ingin saya tanyakan, BES itu ter-attach di device kan ya pak
? bukan di kartu.

Dear Pak Syafril Hermansyah,

 

Pak Syafril saya mau bertanya mengenai BES di mdaemon, apabila ada user yang
mengirimkan email meeting request yang mengharuskan respon balik yaitu: I
accept / Decline itu kalau di BES tidak keluar email tersebut kalau pun
terima hanya berupa text, tetapi kalau menggunakan BIS fasilitas I accept/
decline itu ada sehingga user dengan BIS bisa mengirimkan reponsenya.

 

Apakah ada settingan khusus di BES Mdeamon?

Saya cek tidak ada settingan AutoSignature nya, kalau settingan  BIS email
tidak masalah tetapi yang saya masih bingung email BES (Desktop)
Blackberry OS 6 Ada di mana nya ya pak settingan nya, saya ikutin guide
Bapak belum ketemu pak. Mohon Pencerahan nya.

Di BlackBerry Handheld select BES Account, tekan tombol blackberry -- Email
Setting, select Message Service : Nama Account (atau Desktop, kalau belum
diganti namanya) Set use AutoSignature = Yes Lalu isi signature di kolom
yang disediakan.
