There are tall "stabilizing stands" sold for use under a car lift, which
have a wide base and a jack screw to keep the car from becoming unbalanced
while on the lift...
If you have an OSHA approved shop, you have to have those.. otherwise, you

Boo. Their Amazon produced stuff is getting high marks, I haven't watched yet
but the reviews are tops.
They've got Orphan Black, Suits, Downton Abbey, Vikings, and thats just free
stuff on Prime... You don't get shows as they air but you can after a short
delay if you're willing to pay for it.
There is some very good TV being made right now. I went to a Christmas party
with a bunch of Anime nerds last night and we were all pitching out our
favorites. Apparently I need to start catching up on Steven Universe...
Thing I like about the music is that you can download to listen later. The

Just a tall jack stand.
They have a lot of interesting stuff. They also just updated the
portable app so you can download stuff and take it with you to watch, I
have not done that yet but it would be great for traveling. I have not
checked out the music yet either but I downloaded the app to my

I find we watch very little broadcast TV these days (except news) and the
little we do watch is all via TiVo. But SWMBO is an English mystery junkie so
we stream a lot of Acorn TV (no relation to community organizers) shows via
ROKU. We do watch some Netflix but rarely watch Amazon Prime

The spouse is a major British mystery maniac. Miss Marple, the guy that’s the
vicar, etc., etc., she watches it. My DVR overflows with just about every
British mystery show imaginable.
I refer to it as “bad British porn”. Family Guy fans will recognize that

One thing that struck me is how different they were. Today, all cars
look pretty much the same. We have the little styling things to make us
loyal to a brand but not much more.
